​​Evermont is a mixed-use, transit-oriented affordable housing development for families and individuals in need.​

​​Luminus@Evermont features 118 affordable homes for families with low incomes, including 60 permanent supportive housing apartments. The new mixed-use development delivers retail stores, a transit plaza, and a Metro training facility. On the ground level, retail partner Primestor created more than 64,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by Target and includes additional complementary retail use, with a focus on local businesses. The site is adjacent to SEED Los Angeles, a vocational and 100% college-preparatory public boarding school that opened in Fall 2022​.
